This Competition is run by Silverburn (“Promoter”). By entering this competition, all entrants agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. This free prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over but excludes any employees and immediate families of Scottish Football Museum, Workman LLP, Eurofund, and associated companies, and those who work in Silverburn’s retail, food and leisure and service outlets.
2. Only one entry per person.
3. Winner will receive a 1 signed Scotland shirt from Euro 2008.
4. 3 runners up will receive a £40 gift voucher each for the Scottish Football Museum.  
5. The competition closes at 11pm on Friday 28th June 2024, the winner will be contacted via the official @shopsilverburn Facebook page within 7 days of the closing date. Winners must respond within 28 days to receive the prize.   
6. Entries received after the closing date will be invalid.
7. No purchase necessary.
8. Winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries and will be informed via Facebook message from the official @shopsilverburn account, within 7 days of the closing date. Winner must respond within 28 days to claim their prize.’
9. No cash alternative will be offered, and all prizes are non-transferable.
10. Winner’s name and photographs may be used in promotional activity. Once notified, the winner will be announced on Silverburn’s website and social media pages.
11. Final decision by Silverburn and no correspondence will be entered in to.
12. The winner will be required to collect the prize from Silverburn Guest Service Desk, as agreed with Silverburn. 
13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, or suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside of its reasonable control, without a liability to any entrants or third parties.
