Purple Tuesday is a global social movement for improving the customer experience for disabled people and their families 365 days a year. Organisations who get involved must make a commitment to improve and practice accessibility.

Here at Silverburn, we strive to provide all of our guests with an enjoyable and accessible experience all year round.

Lifts are available from all levels of the multi-storey car park into the mall, along with step-free access throughout the mall. We also offer a Shopmobility service, available to anyone who needs some assistance with mobility. Motorised and manual wheelchairs, scooters, and powered chairs are available to hire free of charge during centre opening hours.

Accessible toilets can also be found in the centre, with one near Marks & Spencer, Wagamama and another near Forty. All accessible toilets are clearly advertised with a reminder that not all disabilities are visible.

We also aim to make visits for families as easy as possible with quiet rooms, sensory toys, ear defenders and over 150 free family parking spaces.
