This Competition is run by Silverburn (“Promoter”). By entering this competition, all entrants agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1.This free prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over but excludes any employees and immediate families, Workman LLP, Eurofund, and associated companies, and those who work in Silverburn’s retail, food and leisure and service outlets.

2.Only one entry per person.

4. The value of the hamper is based on the retail prices of each item in store at Hotel Chocolat as of 7th April 2025.

5.The competition closes at 11 pm on Wednesday 16th April 2025, the winner will be contacted via email from marketing@shopsilverburn.com or guestservices@shopsilverburn.com within 7 days of the closing date.

6.Entries received after the closing date will be invalid.

7.No purchase necessary.

8.Winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries and will be informed via email from marketing@shopsilverburn.com or guestservices@shopsilverburn.com, within 7 days of the closing date. Winner must respond within 28 days to claim their prize.’

9.No cash alternative will be offered, and all prizes are non-transferable.

10.Winner’s name and photographs may be used in promotional activity. Once notified, the winner will be announced on Silverburn’s website and social media pages.

11.Final decision by Silverburn and no correspondence will be entered in to.

12.The winner will be required to collect the prize from Silverburn Guest Service Desk, as agreed with Silverburn.

13.The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, or suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside of its reasonable control, without a liability to any entrants or third parties.
