This Competition is run by Silverburn (“Promoter”). By entering this competition, all entrants agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. This free prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over but excludes any employees and immediate families of Hays Travel, Workman LLP, Eurofund, and associated companies, and those who work in Silverburn’s retail, food and leisure and service outlets.
2. Only one entry per person.
3. Winners will receive a Hays Travel Voucher to the value of £1500.
4. The prize is only valid at Hays Travel Silverburn
5. The competition closes on Tuesday 20^th August 2024 at 11pm   
6. Entries received after the closing date will be invalid.
7. Winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries and will be informed by email within 7 days of the closing date. The winner must respond within 28 days to claim their prize.  If the winner does not respond within 28 days, they will forfeit their prize and the promoter may re-draw an alternative winner.
8. No purchase necessary.
9. No cash alternative will be offered, and all prizes are non-transferable.
10. Winners’ names and photographs may be used in promotional activity. Once notified, the winner may be announced on Silverburn’s website and social media pages.
11. Final decision by Silverburn management and no correspondence will be entered in to.
12. The winner will be required to collect their prize in person from Hays Travel at Silverburn, by arrangement with the management team and Hays Travel.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, or suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside of its reasonable control, without liability to any entrants or third parties.
14. The promoter may, at our sole discretion, arrange for an alternative winner to be selected on the same basis as the original winner if:
    • The original winner doesn’t respond to us as required by condition 7, 
    • We’re unable to contact the original winner having made reasonable efforts to do so,
    • The original winner fails any verification or eligibility checks,
    • The original winner is disqualified in accordance with these promotion terms, or
    • The original winner is unable to accept their prize for any reason. 
15. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
16. Hays Travel Gift cards are valid for 12 month after the date of issue for any travel arrangement (package holiday, accommodation, or flights). Gift cards are not transferrable for cash or currency. In the event of the holiday and insurance costing less than the value of the Gift Card, the balance will not be redeemable in cash. All holidays are governed by the terms and conditions of the relevant tour operator. Gift cards are not covered by ABTA’s scheme of financial protection.
