Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Store Manager in a supportive network environment.
- Contribute to team-based problem-solving, customer relationships, and product quality.
- Maintain product quality and customer service standards set by the company.
- Lead team members in maintaining store cleanliness and upkeep.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for employees and customers by adhering to safety protocols.
- Efficiently manage daily duties assigned to bubble baristas.
- Protect store assets through adherence to safety procedures, stock handling, security, maintenance, and cash handling protocols.
- Remain composed during peak periods or unforeseen situations and deploy team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage and create content for TikTok.
- Complete assigned tasks reasonably delegated by the company.
Requirements
- Ideal candidate possesses experience driving sales-focused cultures in fast-paced food/beverage industries.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- High energy levels, positive attitude, and a ‘can-do’ mindset.
- Willingness to learn new skills and share knowledge with customers and the team.
